Hypoglyciemia: This low blood sugar reaction can happen in any one diabetic or not. Most people start to get agitated and start to feel cold and clammy. If bad they can pass out.

You could pass-out: Very low blood sugars can cause hypoglycemia and you could pass out and go into coma.
