Grey vomit: I need to know what other medical problems you have and what medications you are taking before answering. If you continue to vomit for more than 48 hours, you need to consult a physician or go to the Emergency Room.

Not much: The color of what is left in your stomach when it is empty doesn't help too much with diagnosis, unless it is red (blood), green-brown (bile), or black (digested blood). If you can't keep anything down, even for example travel sickness medicine or ginger ale, it is time at your age of 58 to get medical help before you get really dehydrated. Hope you get over this soon!
