Black is Bad: Your situation could be very dangerous. Seek evaluation with your physician or an emergency room to undergo testing as soon as possible. Symptoms of black vomit could suggest bleeding in the stomach from a small ulcer, however small things can become big things rapidly and be very dangerous. Don't delay getting an assessment and discuss all medications you may use, even if over the counter.
