when i laugh i feel dizzy like i'm going to pass out . lack of oxygen? new symptom. also when i cough . what could this be ?

Vagal response : It sound like you are getting s Vaal reaction initiated by the sudden increase in the abdominal pressure from laughing or coughing . Try to stay well hydrated by drinking at least 6-8 bottles of water a day in the winter and more in summer . Not better see a doctor
