My friend has coughing, dizziness, and lack of appetite what could it be and does she need a doctor?

Go to ER: Your friend may have a cold, the flu or pneumonia--she must be seen by a doctor now. Take her to the nearest emergency room!

Virus possible: She may have the flu. Supportive care, with rest, incresing fluids, cough meds as needed for the cough would be a start. If she does not improve in the next day or so, have her see a dr. To get a definative diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
