ECG: The devil is in the detail of the observed ECG change ;it can vary between hinting ischaemia to screaming it out loud

ECG: There are typical ECG changes associated with ischemia. When correlated with an appropriate symptom scenario these changes are highly accurate for the presence of ischemia. In a random situation those changes are less specific for ischemia.
