See a cardiologist.: The EKG needs to be read and evaluated in context by an expert. It would be very very very unusual for a woman your age to have true ischemia on a resting Ekg!

Mgt: I would advise a Cardiovascular evaluation, including An echocardiogram. Renal function and diet evaluation by your PCP, with BP checks and monitoring.
