See a cardiologist.: The EKG needs to be read and evaluated in context by an expert. It would be very very very unusual for a woman your age to have true ischemia on a resting Ekg!

Dr. Dosanjh is correct (as usual)! However, if your shortness of breath is new, you need to call your doctor now, or get seen in the ER right away.
