Once a day: Loratadine (Claritin) is a once-a-day medication. If allergy symptoms are not well controlled with once-a-day loratadine, other additional allergy medications may also be used.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Generally once: Loratadine is generally taken once daily. There are circumstances when increasing the dose to 20-40mg split twice daily is warranted, but these doses should be prescribed by a physician. There is no added benefit in taking it three times daily
