A few glasses: seems a bit much. certainly don't drive right after that.
Claritin does not interact with alcohol.

1 glass is best: It is generally recommended that women drink no more than one alcoholic beverage daily whether or not they are on medications. If you do on occasion drink two glasses of wine, it should not be a problem with the claritin (loratadine).

Maybe: Claritin (loratadine) is considered a non drowsy antihistamine, however some patients do experience increased sedation while consuming alcohol. I would suggest attempting the combination while at home where you can safely monitor your reaction. Of course, any alcohol amount is still not recommended, but we do live in the real world.
