UTI: You have dysuria, meaning pain while urination. If you have urinary tract infection and if it's spread to blood you can have tachycardia. Hypotension can also occur in infection and can cause dizziness. In fact, if you have tachycardia, Hypotension, fever and uti, you meet criteria for sepsis, which is body response to severe infection. Highly recommended to see your doctor right away.
