Studies of women who: ...had recent miscarriages have found that they can ovulate & conceive during their next cycle even if they still have (+) blood tests for HCG. This suggests that HCG does NOT interfere with spontaneous ovulation. However, without knowing more about you, I can't advise you on the timing of sexual intercourse or IUI. It's a good question!
