Hi, i was wondering what your view on the bmi system is. do you think it is effective? do you prefer bmi or waist to height? (for a research project).

BMI vs waist to HT: What do you prefer for a research project. Because need both measurements needed for both estimates of obesity I would calculate them both and see which one works best for your study. There are very standard ways to measure these so look up exactly how to do it for a research project. Let us know what you find.
