Pump it up!: BMI are only for average body types. Those who are very lean or very muscular fall out of the category. You should follow body fat % in your case and make sure your risk factors are controlled. Diet, exercise (you're good there), cholesterol, blood pressure. Body building is great, fantastic exercise.
