Probably OK: This probably is good news. Whatever was causing your apparent lymph node enlargement probably is clearing up. It's normal for a few pea sized nodes to persist indefinitely after inflamed lymph nodes settle down, and many healthy people have such lumps in the neck, armpits or groin from distant past infections. But if the diagnosis was unknown or you remain concerned, follow up with your doctor.
