I have a soft, movable pea/bean sized lump under my left arm pit. i can sort of flick it under my finger tip my right side doesnt have this is this a lymph node that im feeling? should i be concerned?

Yes you are probably feeling a normal lymph node. Since it is so small, you do not need to be concerned. We normally have lymph glands in the armpits but they are of no concern unless they grow in size to be larger than a bean size structure/s.
