25 months post ulna shortening op. arm still swollen & ultrasound today states there is no fluid. what could be wrong? what should i do next?

Go back to ortho: You shouldn't be having swelling secondary to the operation over two years post procedure. Go back to the person who performed the operation and discuss your concerns with him.
