Swollen flat node in front armpit. ultrasound (do to brca 1 gene) showed larger than 1inch node and 2 cm fibroid. now similar node in other armpit & crease of elbow. no fever or sickness signs. do i need to push for lab work now or safe to just watch?

Consider removal: If you want to know what they are for sure need them taken out totally or fine needle biopsied. Can be lipoma a fatty tumor that goes away on its own or causes no concern. See a breast surgeon or plastic surgeon. They can do it in the office.
