I am 37...have had hypothyroidism since 2001...i was diagnosed with diabetics last week not sure how bad...i have had every ultrasound they can think of my lyphm nodes are swollen in my arm point...i am always tired...i am not sure what they r looking for

Not sure related: The swollen lymph nodes and fatigue can be related to many different conditions- including but not limited to infections, autoimmune disease or cancer. The DX of diabetes may be an incidental finding- unless it is very poorly controlled or related to a abnormalityin your pancreas- o/w it doesnt usually cause swollen nodes- it would be very important to cmplete your work up.
