Ask PCP Dr. for : answer. Can be related to gastrointestinal signs that need to be explored. Referred pain to the right shoulder is a classic sign, and may point to an inflamed gallbladder. Or it may just be coincidental, and something else. That needs to be determined in person, from an abdominal exam done by your doctor, and checked. If eating fatty foods makes it worse, let your doctor know!
