EpisodicTension Type: Headache. More muscle tenderness has been found in patients with episodic TTH than in non-headache controls. However, it is not unusual for patients with TTH to experience twitching muscle in peripheral areas. Drink plenty of fluids, good rest and NSAIDs for pain control will ameliorate the condition. If concerned see your doctor for evaluation.
