Mild pain on side of neck, head, eye twitching, its on and off and feel it in my shoulder.my other muscles were randomly twitching to.i have hypothyroid.

Best to see doctor: The upper cervical nerves form the stellate ganglion which can go rostrad to the head for innervation. The lower ones do control the neck and shoulder muscles. It is difficult to just say that the problem is that. It is best to have it evaluated especially in view of the eye twitching.
