Heart rates: The normal range for an adult heart rate is between 60 and 100. We all have normal variations in our heart rate based upon our bodies need for oxygen. Having a low heart rate (bradycardia) less than 60 can still be normal in a healthy adult who does a lot of cardio. Headaches themselves can cause dizziness. If it continues see your primary doctor.
