Needs evaluation: Headaches that occur constantly and associated with symptoms of dizziness should not be taken lightly. If this is happening more towards the evening it could be Tension headaches arising from the daily stressors of life. If this is happening intensely over a few months and then disappears this could Cluster headaches. However there are other sinister causes which can be ruled out by a CT scan
