Antibiotics: Was the lesion cultured? Did you use an over the counter topical antibiotic or an oral antibiotic for which the germs were deemed to sensitive? If the former - then please seek medical care so that this can be cultured. If the later - would discuss seeing an infectious disease provider with your physician.
