Overdose: It depends on whate time frame these were taken in. If they were all taken at once with the intent to harm ones self then yes you should seek medical attention. If the paracetamol was taken over 18-24 hours then no. If you are feeling like harming yourself then the amount of medication makes no difference be seen right now at the nearest medical facility.
