Usually no it does: not interfere with urine pregnancy test. They are two entirely separate things. If you have a UTI then you need to get treated. If you did get treated, and it was with an antibiotic, then please make sure the antibiotic is ok with pregnancy. Check the pregnancy test now and if negative, wait 1 week and check it again.
