Antibiotics: I usually advise patient on the pill that if they take antibiotics, they should use back up birth control. Some anitbiotics lower the effectiveness of your pill. The odd bleeding could be implantation bleeding for a pregnancy or breakthrough bleeding from the effect of birth control on the pill.
