Please see your Dr: Symptoms suggest prgegnancy, a mass, cyst or tumor. You need an abdominal ultrasound as a minimum. Likely benign at your age. Single urine pregnancy test from pharmacy can give a false negative as can some vaginal bleeding which is not necessarily from a period. U also need to get a urine test if UTI is suspected. Good luck.
