Depends: Depends in part on what the cause of your foot pain is. Most foot pain problems are not associated with reflex changes, but there are a couple examples. A chronic S1nerve root compression will cause a loss on the Achilles reflex and can be associated with pain in the sole of the foot. There are a few other possibilities as well, or they could be unrelated. A good exam will tell likely cause.
