Foot reflex: Not sure what you are talking about. If you mean when a doctor rubs a reflex hammer on the bottom of your foot..Then that test is called babinski sign and this tests for brain damage. The upper motor neurons are damaged by the big toe going up and the other toes flair out. Very distinct response. If you have this you may want to be referred to a neurologist.
