Warm compresses: We typically recommend RICE (rest, ice, compression & elevation) for injuries & warmth for infections. With pimples, consider applying warm compresses (someone once said that I should warn against burning yourself!) as often as tolerable. Idea is to increase blood flow (ice slows it down) & thus help fight off infection. If no better, gets worse or affects vision, see your doctor immediately
