What form of: treatment or program is he enrolled in? Are you talking about a school, an outpatient or day treatment? Sounds like your son might need a higher level of care but its hard to assess from the question. Share your concerns with the head of your son's current program. Perhaps s/he can direct you to another source of help, or add one to make your current program more effective.
