Depends on the meds: Try contacting your previous prescribing doc to ask about getting some refills until you can establish with a new office. Waiting lists can be long for new patients. A typical urgent care center will generally not refill chronic meds, but a walk-in clinic or community health center may. A HealthTap consult may indeed be a good resource for this need, but be prepared with scanned records.
