Tap Into Health Care: Well, let's think about this. Hmmmm. You want to find someone you can trust and get hold of as needed. Would be pretty cool if you could start a dialogue from home. Not too expensive. Chance to ask questions. No traffic jams or stuffy waiting room. Well, let's see. Aha!! I suggest you try a HealthTap doctor! Just get in touch with them on the website and get the ball rolling. You won't regret it

Depends on the meds: Try contacting your previous prescribing doc to ask about getting some refills until you can establish with a new office. Waiting lists can be long for new patients. A typical urgent care center will generally not refill chronic meds, but a walk-in clinic or community health center may. A HealthTap consult may indeed be a good resource for this need, but be prepared with scanned records.
