Unclear question: Your bilirubin is not that much increased even during flare ups and is likely within normal limits. If your IgA is really 1.0 mg/dL you are IgA deficient that may be contributing to your symptoms. If the TTG test was for IgA antibody to ttg, that would be invalid given your low IgA. It would be prudent to consult a GI specialist.
