Not enough info: Sorry, but there is simply not enough information to make an educated guess. "lots of neg tests" doesn't help much. Wish i could help, but i would need to know more about symptoms, duration, quality, location, prior tests, procedures, etc.

If your doctors: Can't figure it out, it would be impossible to do it here. But dietary adjustment could help. Some people have intolerance to certain foods. Try a nutritionist.

Hi. I've been told by my gp that I have had a high reading on my faecal calprotectin test. Is this definitely ibd or can this be ibs?
