I have a cut on side of index finger close in between middle and closes to hand knuckle and it won't heal. it wasn't a real bad/deep cut. ?

Nonhealing: Perhaps this cut is so near a joint that the perpetual opening and closing of the joint prevents full healing of the laceration. Try finding a method of bandaging that somewhat immobilizes the finger joints. If healing still doesn't occur, consult your physician especially if there are signs of inflammation,discharge and/or swelling around the laceration.
