Pressure: Anytime there is a cut and there's bleeding, you'll want to put continuous pressure with a clean towel, etc. If it's on your hand, we worry about tendons being involved, so if there is any difficulty moving your fingers or weakness if your fingers, it's even more important to see your doc. At your doctor visit, ask about a tetanus shot if you haven't had one in the past 5-10 years. Good luck!
