Hard to tell...: while I'd love to reassure you in the fact that you're probably too young to have some really bad reason for your palpitations, I just can't be sure. The odds are low that something bad is going on, but palpitations require an investigation - blood testing for thyroid function and anemia for example - and an ECG at least. Better not to assume everything is OK. Be safe!
