Worsening allergies: So Reactine had been controlling your allergic symptoms for > 10 yrs and you have noted even more severe symptoms after stopping it. This is not from a rebound phenomenon but likely from worsening in your allergic disease with repeated exposure. Reactine may control your symptoms but not the immune response often bolstered by repeated exposure to the allergens or to new allergens.

I have been having allergies really bad this week. I have been taking Zyrtec and Mucinex D since last Sunday. Friday I added generic Flonase. I have not had any fever at all.
