Can pcos mess with pregnancy result? example, pregnant but negative result because hcg takes longer to build up? or never enough hcg? or other reason?

PCOS can certainly impact ones ability to get pregnant. POCS inhibits ovulation. If pregnant though it will not impact the BHCG levels or the accuracy of a pregnancy test.
