Can pcos mess with pregnancy result? example, pregnant but negative result because hcg takes longer to build up? or never enough hcg? or other reason?

No: PCOS can certainly impact ones ability to get pregnant. POCS inhibits ovulation. If pregnant though it will not impact the BHCG levels or the accuracy of a pregnancy test.
