Yes: You will hopefully have a good pregnancy. but a lower progesterone especially below 5 can indicate that the pregnancy will have a higher chance of miscarriage. it is too early to know. as your hormones go up the ultrasound will hopefully be reassuring

Several things: Depending on where you are in your cycle, pain in your abdomen could be many things. Worrisome issues are ovarian cysts or ectopic pregnancy. Depending on your symptoms (nausea, vomiting, bleeding, diarrhea, contipation), it could be minor or serious. I would consult your doctor immediately.

Yes: Have you tested the person that you had unprotected sex with? Usually recommendation is testing every 6 months, but you can turn positive at any time. Get to your obgyn and get checked. Good luck.
