On endoscopy, i had a red patch near the les. is it possible that biopsy analysis didn't reveal barrett's esophagus? if yes, what is this patch?

Hard to know: Without more info and a picture of the area in question as well as the actual biopsy results, it is hard to know. Best to discuss with the gi doc who did the procedure.
