GI problem: The symptoms point to some sort of GI problem, and possible bleeding. May even be related to the Ibuprophen. You must get this checked out immediately. Dont wait and stop the Ibuprophen immediately. Go see a Gasteroenterologist. And defenitely go see a Dentist for the tooth problem.
