Salt deficient: You are too young to have GERD. You need to take sea salt up to a one tsp a day. Build up a sweat and taste your perspiration on your upper part of your arm, if it does not taste salty then you are salt deficient. You can also do a sea salt flush to ensure saturation of sea salt in your body.
