Skin tag: FifiM~ skin tags especially in areas where it rubs against tight-fitting clothes, have bleeding into them with rubbing trauma. That make them swell up and look red. It will settle down back to normal. When it does, go to Dr and ask him to remove it, to prevent recurrence. thanks
