Dysesthesia: Diffusely painful skin without signs of irritation or inflammation is quite unusual. This dysesthesia would require an examination by your physician who will order a battery of blood tests checking electrolytes and mineral levels. If no abnormalities are found, could chronic stress play a role? If so, discuss this with your physician..
