Pregnancy possible: Although you have only one Fallopian tube and are over 35 you could still become pregnant. I assume you are having normal menses. Your partner's use of Coumadin (warfarin) will have no impact on your ability to conceive. Make sure you do not inadvertently take one of his Coumadin tablets especially if you should become pregnant.
