No: The work you do at a fast food restaurant will not cause an increase in weight. Eating the food there certainly can. Keep in mind that fried foods are very bad for your health and will lead to putting on fat. Beyond that most fast food is very high in carbohydrates, which is the main source of weight gain. A good goal is to stay under 100 grams of total carbohydrate intake per day.
