Numb leg: There is no association between having sex and numbness in the leg. It is possible that you have some underlying nerve impingement in your back and that the position you assume during sex may aggravate this. You should have this checked out. You should change your position during sex.

Most unusual: 19y female C/O "leg going numb" while having sex, & lasting for several hours. This is an odd symptom. Perhaps she has Hypermobility Syndrome, which imparts joint instabilities. Missionary sex position leverages femur, forcing Sacroiliac Joints, largest joints in axial spine, into hyperextension & impingement of pre sacral plexus. Pre-sacral plexus is "headwaters" region of the sciatic nerve.
