I have discharge coming from my montgomery glands and very tender breast. is this normal? what could be causing this?

Yes and no: Yes, it is normal to have a little discharge from the Montgomery glands, however it should not be painful. Possible causes for pain include a Montgomery gland cyst, or possible infection, or even pregnancy. My recommendation would be to have a medical exam, and possibly an ultrasound to aid in the diagnosis. A more detailed history and physical exam may be enough to diagnose the cause of pain.

?: If mammary glands, a lot depends on what the breast discharge looks like. White or clear may be normal, green concerning for infection. Bloody also more concerning. See your doctor if not scant white or clear.
